About the Role:

In this key position, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by driving talent acquisition, onboarding, training, and HR projects forward. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for managing job offers, transfers, and promotions, while fostering strong relationships with candidates and new hires.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:
• Manage job postings, candidate engagement, and new hire onboarding with precision and care.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective job descriptions and interview plans.
• Deliver engaging onboarding sessions, ensuring a seamless transition for all employees.

Training & Development:

• Design and implement training programs that drive growth and productivity.
• Identify training opportunities to support employee development and career advancement.

Special Projects:

• Prioritize and execute initiatives that enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.

Requirements:

• A strong background in recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with bilingual capabilities in English/Spanish.
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive employee experience.
