Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to the CEO with bookkeeping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support while managing financial records and assisting with day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Process all paperwork associated with projects, such as certificates of insurance and bonds, onsite payroll, lien waivers, and miscellaneous vendor requirements.
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and digital.
- Support the team with data entry and record-keeping tasks.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and office administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Construction Industry knowledge experience a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
