Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of construction processes, and proficiency in project management software. This role requires effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in accordance with contractual obligations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Manage all aspects of countertop projects, including selections, scheduling, and warranty.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are set.
- Team Management: Coordinate with builders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Assurance: Communicate with installations to ensure they meet industry standards and client specifications.
- Problem-Solving: Address any issues or delays that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project progress, costs, and communications.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in project management, preferably in construction or home improvement industries.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with countertop materials (e.g., granite, quartz, marble) and installation processes.
