Lead-Shipping/Receiving-Driver
The Team Lead will be responsible for training team members, overseeing employee performances, assigning tasks to employees, and relaying information from managers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that items are properly bagged and organized for easy transport. Your attention to detail and ability to work quickly will contribute to a positive experience for our customers and team members. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized bagging area and assisting with other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

- Monitor Daily Progress
- Provide Direction to the Team Members
- Communicate with team members and management to ensure daily goals are met
- Use problem-solving skills to help the team overcome challenges.
- Bagging and clipping
- Handling Scanners to Pick and Pack
- Sorting fish, bags, and boxes
- Inventory Control basic knowledge
- Manually load and unload freight in an efficient and safe manner
_ Pick up Shipment from LAX Airport
- Provide physical labor to move products to storage areas with proper material handling equipment and efficiently stack and storing merchandise in the appropriate area
- Check or count freight for accuracy and damage
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
- Participate in physical inventories
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds
- Ability to follow company policies and rules
- Good people skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Must be available to work on Saturdays
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Salary : $17 - $19
