Handyman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team. This position will be as needed, trending toward full time. Pay depends on skill level, with pay increase after first three months depending on ability. Must have vehicle, valid drivers license and tools.

Very important to note - this business is built on reputation and word of mouth, so quality of work, timeliness and communication are extremely important.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
• Conduct repairs on appliances, fixtures, and furniture as needed.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
• Assist with renovations and remodeling projects as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and maintenance practices.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety protocols related to maintenance work.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
