Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Treatment Coordinator to join our orthodontic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in taking records, explaining treatment plans, creating contracts with patients, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and clinic staff while facilitating an exceptional patient experience. This position requires a strong background in the orthodontic field, preferably years of experience being a TC.
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with patients regarding their treatment options, financial responsibilities, and insurance coverage.
- Coordinate and manage patient treatment plans, including scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
- Obtain and maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of treatment presentations for patients to enhance understanding of procedures.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure seamless patient care and address any concerns promptly.
- Provide administrative support by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing office correspondence.
- Stay updated on medical terminology and office procedures to assist with patient education effectively.
