What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Forklift Driver (4:00 pm-12:30 am) position at Quality Packaging?
The successful candidate for this position will be able to load and unload a variety of materials from trucks and trailers at a shipping facility along with performing basic maintenance on their own forklift. This is a physical, fast-paced position and we're looking for candidates with a solid work ethic and the ability to complete any job required.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the forklift.
- Move objects around the warehouse using a forklift.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition.
- Use safety locks to secure the load when turning corners or entering and exiting doorways.
- Learn how to drive a forklift safely.
