Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Utilize Google Suite for document management and organization
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and transcribing notes
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist with medical or dental receptionist tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support office management in organizing files, records, and documents
Experience:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Knowledge of basic office procedures and protocols
- Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
