Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Superintendent to lead our electrical teams on large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial electrical systems, particularly within the semiconductor industry, a strong background in electrical engineering or a related field, with extensive experience managing complex electrical installations and maintenance in a construction environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in planning, allocating manpower, scope review, and be proficient in utilizing construction management software (ProCore, Bluebeam, and Gannt charts,etc.) This role requires excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Pay : Depending on experience. Relocation funds may be available.
Key Responsibilities :
- Project Management and Planning : Oversee the electrical aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Team Leadership and Supervision : Lead, motivate, and manage electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure adequate staffing levels and that team members have the necessary skills and training.
- Safety and Compliance : Enforce strict safety standards and adherence to local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations. Conduct regular safety meetings and audits.
- Coordination and Communication : Coordinate with other superintendents, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with other construction activities. Maintain clear and effective communication across the project team.
- Quality Control : Implement quality control measures to ensure all electrical installations are performed according to specifications and standards.
- Problem-Solving : Proactively identify and resolve issues that arise during the construction process, including technical challenges, scheduling conflicts, and resource constraints.
- Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of electrical plans, permits, inspections, and work progress. Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management and clients.
