YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS A RECRUITING AND HIRING SPECIALIST
Your day will revolve around connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities. You will actively recruit for both management and production roles at our processing plant, utilizing social media and creative marketing to identify top talent. You will engage with potential candidates, guide them through the hiring process, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact to onboarding. Your drive and creativity will be key as you aggressively pursue the best candidates to join our team, always keeping an eye on the big picture: building a strong and thriving workforce at QPP.
