Project Manager - Operations Focus

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager to lead our projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all project goals are met within scope, time, and budget constraints. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

Duties

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects while adhering to established timelines and budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans that outline scope management, resource allocation, and risk assessment.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to facilitate project development and ensure flexibility in response to changing requirements.
• Supervise project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful completion of tasks.
• Conduct process mapping to identify areas for improvement and streamline workflows.
• Use Primavera for project scheduling and tracking progress against milestones.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and stakeholders to secure necessary resources for project execution.
• Create visual representations of project workflows using Visio to enhance understanding among team members.
• Implement ServiceNow for tracking project tasks, incidents, and change requests.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and scope management principles.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera and ServiceNow.
• Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to motivate team members effectively.
• Experience in process mapping to improve operational efficiency.
• Strong negotiation skills for contract discussions with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
