Quality Roots is dedicated to creating a cannabis brand rooted in delivering outstanding service and customer experiences while actively engaging with the communities we operate in. Our vision is to foster a loyal community by offering quality people, products, and service.

We are currently looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to facilitate a positive brand image. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness and sales by promoting Quality Roots, engaging with a target audience, and educating them about our products and company as a whole. You will play a vital role in promoting brand values, increasing general brand awareness, and driving sales while also working closely with our retail and marketing teams to achieve set goals and objectives. These include but will not be limited to communicating the value of our products, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand at events.

Responsibilities will include:

• Brand Representation
  • Act as a primary representative of Quality Roots, relaying our core values and effectively communicating mission to the current market and general public.
• Product Knowledge
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of cannabis products offered in our storefronts while staying updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor products to provide accurate information.
• Customer Engagement
  • Interact with the target audience in a friendly and approachable manner creating a welcoming experience. Educate customers about our products, partnered brands, and various locations.
• Event Management
  • Assist with organization and be willing to participate in promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
• Social Media Content Creation
  • Record engaging photo and video content during time at different events and sponsorships.
• Compliance and Ethics
  • Adhere to applicable laws and regulations applicable to the cannabis industry, ensuring responsible and ethical behavior at all times. Maintain a professional image that reflects positively on the brand.
• Retail Support
  • Collaborate with the retail and marketing teams to develop effective strategies for promoting and selling products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Previous event marketing or brand ambassador experience preferred
• Cannabis industry experience preferred
• Prior experience in a customer service environment
• Must be outgoing, upbeat, energetic, and passionate about the cannabis industry
• Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to speak one-on-one
• Ability to stand long periods of time and push, pull, or lift up to 35 lbs.
• Working knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Ability to travel
• Ability to work part time 15-30 a week
