ONLY APPLY IF YOU WANT A PART-TIME POSITION AND IF YOU ARE BILINGUAL. We are currently hiring a PART TIME administrative assistant to start immediately and join our team in the afternoon hours from 12:30pm to 5:30pm. We are Quality Services, LLC - a Construction Firm located in Alexandria, VA.
Job description entails but is not limited to as follows:
BILINGUAL- ENGLISH/SPANISH
Answering a multi-phone system
Customer service
Excellent written and oral skills
Create and maintain a Filing system/filing
Proposals as needed
Scheduling
Taking work orders
Responding to emails and phone calls
Meeting with Supervisors and Managers
Sending and receiving correspondence
Greeting and meeting with customers as needed
Preparing for meetings/creating topics/conducting meetings with staff
Business planning
Attending events/expos/seminars
Presenting company programs to public
Selling membership and proposals
