We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team at QUALITY SERVICES LLC. This role is essential in supporting our team and CEO managing schedules, coordinating communications, and ensuring efficient office operations. The Executive Assistant will play a key role in enhancing productivity and facilitating smooth workflows. You will act as the CEO’S primary Point of contact, handling both professional and personal logistics, while also managing scheduling, and other administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage CEO calendar, emails, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Sound judgement and strong independent problem-solving and collaborative skills
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Assist with administrative support as needed.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy to maintain organized records.
- Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, handling sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong computer skills
- Excellent calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional proofreading skills with attention to detail in all communications.
- Ability to transcribe notes accurately and manage data entry tasks efficiently.
- Positive self-starter with proactive approach and excellent time management and prioritization
