What to expect:
As the Stockroom Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving, organizing and maintaining of company inventory. This role requires close attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor. The Stockroom Supervisor is also responsible for stocking items to warehouses and the production floor, maintaining inventory and tracking the flow of parts and related materials.
Salary: $47,800 - $56,000 / Year

What you will get to do:
- Ensure the uninterrupted flow of materials in support of production schedules
- Maintain tight inventory control and organize inventory in the stockroom and warehouse.
- Coordinate and monitor all activities which are related to material planning and the production schedule
- Check items received and issued against paperwork to ensure accuracy and make any necessary changes. Assist in loading shipments and material into the software systems/warehouses
- Release work orders for finished products. Transfer completed products from work in process to finished goods, this step authorizes accounting to process invoices
- Proactively identify and help address issues towards the achievement of timely material purchases and deliveries. Communicate any problems and issues to managers and with the Director of Materials
You will bring these qualifications:
Experience Level: Mid-Level
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent Required
- Proven knowledge and experience in inventory management and inventory systems and software. Ability to become familiar with the range of company products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well with a team
- Proficiency in various computer software applications (ex. MAS 200 – Sage, Excel, Word, etc.)
- Possess physical strength necessary to move material within the stockroom
Shift & Schedule: Monday – Friday, Dayshift Hours
