Goddard Mason Executive Search, a dedicated division of Quality Staffing, Inc., is seeking a motivated individual to immediately join the team of our North Georgia-Metro Atlanta based equipment manufacturing client located in the Cumming, GA area as an Industrial Maintenance Tooling Technician. This is a Direct Hire opportunity working Monday through Friday on 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have an hourly rate of $30 to 35 / hour plus : -Understand the purpose of the 5S System and how it relates to the Tooling Maintenance -Keep area and equipment clean and organized throughout shift-Understand the purpose of the Safety and Health Management System.-Preventative Maintenance Preparation Systems -Data Specification-Mechanical and Electrical Injection tooling Maintenance-Reduction of post tooling maintenance / repair returns-Tooling History Documentation systems - ERP-Injection tooling 'On Call' systems-Quality Standards-TS 16949, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 Certification Requirements-Inspection Tag requirements-Skills and Experience Required : -Injection tooling troubleshooting experience-Industrial Mechanical and Electrical experience-Hydraulics, pneumatics, small motor, read blueprints-PLC experience is a plus-Experience with small parts molds-Injection tooling processing experience-Injection tooling preventative maintenance-Education : -High School Diploma or Equivalent required. - This position requires a person to have the ability to perform work while standing, sitting, or walking a minimum of eight (8) hours a day. Lifting up to 55 pounds on a frequent basis. Must be able to perform work that is below the knees and above the shoulders on a frequent basis. This position also requires a person to be capable of performing sustained motion for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and capable of repetitive motion for up to four (4) hours.
