Job Duties :
- Manage mould preventive maintenance (PM) schedule and track On-Time Completion %
- Audit and track spare parts inventory, ordering as needed
- Disassemble, reassemble, and PM Hot Runner, valve gate, and mould systems
- Diagnose and repair heating issues in Hot Runner systems
- Read and interpret electrical diagrams for Hot Runner systems
- Identify and resolve mould defects and determine if defects are process-related
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Conditions (SOC) documentation
- Troubleshoot and repair valve gate, hot runner, and controller issues
- Work with vendors on mould refurbishments, upgrades, and repairs
- Determine process parameters for new or modified moulds
- Identify and understand injection moulding machine and part components
