Skills
Technical:
· Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows based laptop/desktop and Apple iOS.
· Knowledge of VMware, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
· Understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and security measures.
· Familiarity with Verizon Mobile Device Management (MDM).
· Basic Oracle NetSuite administration skills are a plus.
· Ability to learn ERP administration and Warehouse Management Systems.
Communication:
· Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Customer Service:
· Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to delivering quality support.
Responsibilities
Hardware and Software Support:
· Provide technical support for laptops, iPads, iPhones, and desktop systems.
· Manage Windows 10, 11 and Server OS, ensuring optimal performance.
· Install and configure desktop applications and operating systems.
· Implement updates, patches, and security configurations.
· Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Network:
· Configure and troubleshoot basic Fortinet, Meraki and Ubiquiti network and wireless components.
· Ensure the reliability and security of the organization's network infrastructure.
Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP:
· Manage user accounts and permissions using O365 Management Console and Active Directory.
· Configure and maintain DNS and DHCP services.
Verizon MDM:
· Manage and support Verizon Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
· Enforce mobile security policies and assist with device configurations.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on hardware and software troubleshooting
- Experience with Windows desktop and server support and wireless/network configurations
