What are the responsibilities and job description for the Support Coordinator position at Quality Support Coordination?
Quality Support Coordination is looking for Case Managers/Support Coordinators to support individuals with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability to lead a meaningful life in the community of their choosing. Support Coordinator will be responsible for caseloads of 40-50 cases. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Services related field such as Psychology, Criminal Justice, Education, Social Work or Sociology etc. Support Coordinator must have reliable transportation and be willing to service participants who live region 7. Support Coordinators will work from 8:30 to 4:30 Monday- Friday. Company offers health insurance, bonus opportunities, and 401K.
