Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of company leadership.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for company leaders, maintaining calendars efficiently.
- Greet and assist clients and guests onsite with professionalism and warmth.
- Handle incoming phone calls, taking messages, and relaying important information promptly.
- Prepare and organize materials and logistics for meetings and company events.
- Prioritize and manage email correspondence, responding appropriately as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized records, documents, and filing systems.
- Support social media initiatives, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and monitoring analytics.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in sales or customer service.
- Experience managing or contributing to social media marketing efforts.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
