Responsibilities

Customer Account Manager Ideal Candidate Profile

QTS is currently seeking an energetic, responsive and well-organized full-time Customer Account Manager.  This position will be responsible for being the primary customer service contact and resource for existing customer products and product line extensions, providing a range of services covering all aspects of the Customer Account Manager role.

 

Customer Account Manager Job Summary

  • Work closely with sales to manage all customer interactions with QTS.
  • Establish and build relationships and maintain account ownership with customers.
  • Coordinate customer-supplied or purchased inventory.
  • Provide project coordination on existing customer products and product line extensions.
  • Work collaboratively with engineers, buyers, production, shipping, finance, and sales with customer requests, requirements, and priorities.
  • Assist sales with obtaining quote information, and creating and delivering quotes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Customer Account Manager Skills and Experience

  • High School Diploma, Bachelors in related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service field/purchasing/planning.
  • Customer service experience and purchasing experience.
  • Clear, effective communication skills (verbal and writing).
  • Effective time management skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to persevere through projects or situations.
  • Previous experience with an ERP system software.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Pay Range

USD $51,300.00 - USD $62,800.00 /Yr.

20 hours:

30 hours:

Parental Leave, accident and critical illness benefits, optional employee, spouse, and child life; short and long term disability; company provided life insurance; and tuition assistance programs are available to employees working 30 hours per week.

Salary : $51,300 - $62,800
