Job Summary:
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Assist with order entry and clerical tasks as needed
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Provide general administrative support to staff members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office or customer service role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy office procedures is a plus
- Experience in office management is a plus
