Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Truck Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing the financing and leasing processes for commercial truck buyers, working closely with customers, lenders, and the sales team to secure the best financing solutions. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, industry knowledge, and exceptional customer service skills to drive revenue while ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance & Sales Operations:
- Assist customers in securing financing and leasing options for commercial trucks.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions to offer competitive financing solutions.
- Analyze credit applications, review financial statements, and structure deals that meet customer needs.
- Negotiate loan terms, interest rates, and lease agreements to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions and financing approvals.
- Present financing options clearly to customers, explaining terms, conditions, and payment structures.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all financing and leasing transactions comply with company policies and federal/state regulations.
- Prepare and review all necessary loan and lease documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain records of financing agreements, credit applications, and related transactions.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, lending guidelines, and market trends.
Customer Service & Relationship Management:
- Provide professional and responsive service to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Offer financial advice and guidance tailored to customers’ business needs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in finance, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in commercial truck, auto, or equipment financing.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lending, credit analysis, and lease structuring.
- Excellent negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze financial data and assess creditworthiness.
- Familiarity with industry-specific financing programs and lender requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software and CRM systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
