Job Summary:
Quality Welding and Fabrication is growing, and we’re looking for experienced Millwrights and Riggers to join our team! This role involves installing, assembling, and rigging platforms, structural components, and heavy equipment on-site. If you take pride in precision work, problem-solving, and working with a top-tier team, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Install and assemble platforms, conveyors, machinery, and structural components.
- Rig and move heavy equipment using hoists, cranes, chain falls, and come-alongs.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Align and level equipment to exact specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Work independently and as part of a team in industrial, construction, and manufacturing environments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8 years of experience as a Millwright, Rigger, or in industrial equipment installation.
- Strong knowledge of rigging techniques and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and execute blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and welding/fabrication is a plus.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various field environments.
- MSHA, OSHA 10/30, or NCCCO certifications are a plus.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
