- Location: Onsite - Carlsbad, CA
- Pay range: $39.00 – $52.00/hr (DOE)
- Temporary: 6 months with potential to convert to permanent
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of experience in Human Resources, with exposure to total rewards, compensation, and HRIS systems management.
- UKG experience highly preferred
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
- Assists in administering compensation policies and programs.
- Supports compliance with pay equity and minimum wage regulations.
- Assists in administering the annual compensation review cycle.
- Reviews new hire offers for pay equity.
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments.
- Create/revise job descriptions and determine FLSA classification.
- Assist in salary benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation for all positions.
- Supports determining competitive market rates for positions.
- Participates in annual compensation surveys.
- Assists in reviewing statutory requirements for compensation administration
