We are looking for a highly skilled Project Superintendent to join our team at Quandel Enterprises LLC. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for overseeing project management on construction sites in the Abingdon, MD area.
About the Role:
This is a senior-level position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with at least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarization with ERP or project management systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee project management on assigned construction sites, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and bids to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a construction schedule that meets or exceeds key milestones.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry with projects ranging from $2 million to $20 million.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Superintendent, preferably in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP or project management systems like Viewpoint, Smartbid, Adobe Docs, AIA, BlueBeam, and document sharing programs such as Box.com, Dropbox, or Google Drive.
- Prior experience in construction management practices, including project coordination and scheduling.
