Summary: This position will assist with gear pump changeovers/cleanouts, assist in establishing and maintaining compound processing procedures, and help create an organized and productive work environment.

What Success Looks Like:
- Perform various tasks that require attention to detail.
- Complete two-roll mill safety checklists.
- Ensure tools are working properly, strip specifications are within tolerance, and batches are running consistently.
- Work toward ensuring that cut samples are prepared for quality assurance testing.
Your Credentials:
- One or more years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School or GED preferred
- Willing to work overtime including weekends
The hourly wage for this position is $18 per hour $1 shift differential for 3rd Shift.
3rd Shift = 10:45pm to 7am.
