Job Description
The Production Associate I- Day Shift is responsible for performing a variety of tasks in a fast-paced production environment. This includes receiving and processing raw materials, operating machinery, and meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing raw materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports of production activities.
- Collaborating with the supervisor/team lead to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment preferred.
