Job Summary

Support Automation Engineer troubleshooting automates systems and equipment and maintaining software, robotics, and machinery in a manufacturing facility. Set up, install, and monitor new equipment, program, and adjust process controls.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Job included but not limited to:

▪ Exploring and implementing automate systems.
▪ Testing & operating automation equipment and processes
▪ Eliminating defects and errors with product
▪ Troubleshoot robot with Automation Engineer
▪ Assists Automation Engineer with assembly of automated system which will include electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical. Must be able read and understand all the above-mentioned drawings or schematics.

▪ Perform Preventative Maintenance of equipment such as robot or bearing greasing, battery changing, etc.

▪ Comply with all quality and safety regulations.
▪ Other responsibilities as assigned.

▪ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
▪ Must be able to lift fifteen pounds at times.
▪ Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

Education and Experience:

▪ Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar field
▪ Knowledge of LabVIEW prefer.
▪ Proficiency in maintaining automation equipment.
▪ Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform complex system tests.
▪ Strong leadership and critical thinking skills
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
▪ Ability to communicate well with other members of the team.
▪ Excellent manual dexterity

Pay Range

Hourly Range: $24-$30

The hourly rate offered will depend on several factors, including your location, level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience, and comparison to other employees already in this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as participation in bonus and equity award programs.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
