- Oversee and manage the engineering department, ensuring successful project execution and operational efficiency.
- Lead and expand the company's expertise in desktop, surveys, and walkouts, spearheading the transition into design and permitting services.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new opportunities and ensure that engineering strategies align with overall business goals.
- Actively develop new client relationships and foster growth within existing accounts.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and development to engineering teams.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
- Proven experience in telecommunications, engineering, and management.
- Strong knowledge of desktop services, surveys, walkouts, design, and permitting processes.
