This role requires expertise in pricing jobs, monitoring production, and managing FP & Light projects. The position is based in Florida and demands a goal-oriented, highly driven professional.

- Lead and manage the Transmission Group, ensuring efficient operations.
- Oversee and monitor production across multiple crews.
- Develop and price transmission construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with FP & Light contract structures.
- Drive performance and efficiency to meet company goals.
- Proven leadership in transmission construction management.
- Heavy transmission construction experience required.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in FP & Light projects.
- Ability to price and manage jobs effectively.
- Highly goal-driven and motivated to achieve operational excellence.
