About this Role
The Risk Administrator will support the Risk Manager in all aspects of insurance claims process for corporate-wide property, workers' compensation, casualty, and automobile liability and other related insurance plans.
What You'll Do
- Receiving, analyzing, and organizing claim information from across the organization
- Entering / uploading incident information into the claims system and liaising with third party administrator (TPA) to facilitate timely claims resolution.
- Maintain in-place filing system
- Facilitate accurate & prompt claim management by maintaining open communication with all parties involved, gathering information, analyzing auto liability and general liability claims.
- Collaborating with roles across the organization to provide accurate & timely claim information
