Position Overview :
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the safe and cost-effective use of the facility equipment and labor within the control of this position. Ensure all staff are in compliance with Inland's policy of superior service and satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all written company and Government rules and regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Including but not limited to) :
Participate and exchange ideas in meetings and conference calls as required keeping the Operations at your location updated on new developmentsEnsure your station is focused on achieving optimal customer service, customer retention, and customer relationships to maintain quality of serviceAssist the General Manager and / or Operations Manager with station audits, provide information needed for reports, and handle all airline and FAA questions / concerns as requiredAssist the Base General Manager in hiring, scheduling, and training; recommend discipline and promotion of employees to new duties and responsibilitiesAudit and maintain that all station activities are conducted to guarantee the highest level of employee and equipment safety for the protection of assets, sustaining regulatory compliance, and supporting company mission, values, and purposeRequired Skills and Experience :
High school diploma or equivalent required2 years experience in a "Lead" role preferredEffective time management and organizational skills to manipulate multiple projects and conflicting deadlines at onceVerbal and written communication skillsThe ability to listen to others and value opinions, interpret information, promote and execute ideas, prepare reports and presentations, lead groups, and provide the foundation of open communication is requiredIntermediate computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Knowledge of converting kilos and pounds, tariff book usage, and rate applicationA valid driver's license is required for this positionWork Environment :
