We are seeking a Sr. Technical Project Engineer in our Brooklyn Park, MN Location.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage detailed schedules, budgets, resource needs, and work plans for technical deliverableson complex, multi-faceted hardware R&D programs
- Organize and coordinate with multiple technical and operational teams
- Lead regular status meetings, project reviews to determine progress and risks, and end-of-task retrospectives
- Ensure timely and effective communicationof strategy, scope changes, risks, and progressbetween technical teams, partners, product and program management, and leadership
- Manage execution of annual plan through the year by working with technical, program management and finance teams
- Identify opportunities to accelerate schedule or develop needed technologies.
- Improve on program management process for budgeting, planning, milestone and schedule tracking, risk management, change tracking, and lessons learned
