We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager in our Broomfield, CO Location.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage the performance of the Sourcing team, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring effective organization and development of team members
Establish and drive Sourcing of material and services in alignment with business leadership per Annual Operating Plan and Integrated Strategic Plan
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing strategies with business objectives including early sourcing engagement, alignment on key sourcing objectives and effective execution of sourcing projects
Create and manage Category and Commodity Strategies including Spend analysis, Benchmarking, Cost, Market Analysis and Global Technology / Economic trends
Manage supplier relationships to mitigate risk and selection, manage RFx and SOW process, negotiations, contracting and supplier performance and compliance
Mature Sourcing policies procedures, and process improvements to ensuring compliance to requirements and organizational change management.
Improve working capital through payment terms extensions, payment cycle optimization, supplier financed improvements and lead time reductions

YOU MUST HAVE :

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum 5 years' experience in Sourcing

Minimum 2 years managing direct reports

Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status

Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.

Excellent written and communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of leadership

Experience managing multiple projects in a dynamic global environment

Proven experience with R&D, technical manufacturing / business process development and improvement

High bias for action with creative problem-solving skills, detail oriented with an ability to delineate information into manageable components

132,000 - $165,000 a year

Compensation & Benefits :

Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable
