Job Description : Oversees the resources, functions, and operations of the Yield Management department with specific focus on driving revenue production through process, systems, and automation enhancement. Team of 7. Work on economic environment from a market level (flight demand for various cities). This is a very mathematical and science position; therefore, someone who has worked with an operations research and / or science team would make the best fit.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or related field; combination of relevant education and work experience considered in lieu of degree. MBA may be considered in lieu of experience
- 5 years of experience in pricing and revenue management
- 2 years of direct people leadership experience
- Understanding of yield management
- Demand forecasting and revenue optimization
