Job Description
The Integrated Master Scheduler creates and maintains a comprehensive schedule for a project or program, ensuring seamless coordination across different teams and phases. They integrate project activities, resource allocation, and timelines into a single view, enabling effective planning, tracking, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Design, develop, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using software like Microsoft Project.
- Work with project managers, stakeholders, and various teams to gather information, refine schedules, and ensure alignment.
- Integrate resource allocation, track progress, and identify potential constraints or risks.
- Conduct schedule analysis, identify critical paths, and prepare status reports to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Lead or participate in IMS meetings to discuss schedule updates, progress, and potential challenges.
- Understand and integrate project workflow and dependencies into the schedule.
- Track and measure project performance against the schedule, providing insights into project health.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- Have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience Strong skills in Microsoft Project, Project Web App, or similar scheduling tools.

- SECRET security clearance minimum
Additional Information
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible to work on Government contracts.
