About the Role:
Trinity IT is seeking a highly motivated Integrated Master Scheduler I to support the development, coordination, and management of program and/or project schedules on our contract with the US Navy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining schedule integrity, supporting risk assessment efforts, and ensuring alignment with overall project objectives.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
This position requires an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance, which requires US citizenship.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate, develop, and manage integrated master schedules in compliance with project/program requirements.

Create and maintain scheduling documentation in accordance with the program’s Schedule Management Plan (SMP).

Conduct schedule updates, develop recovery plans, and perform "what-if" scenario planning as needed.

Establish and track progress toward key milestones, events, and deliverables.

Provide clear schedule communication across all project levels and stakeholders.

Collect, consolidate, and interpret data to support schedule accuracy and visibility.

Conduct critical path analyses, identify schedule slack, and analyze predecessor/successor task relationships.
- Perform Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) to identify potential impacts and develop mitigation strategies.
Required Qualifications:
- Active SECRET clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.

0-2 years of experience in scheduling or project coordination.

Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera (P6), or similar platforms.

Understanding of project lifecycle phases and scheduling best practices.

Strong analytical and communication skills.
