The Senior Manager Clinical Program for Transplant and High Cost Cases oversees program design, execution, and effectiveness within the clinical model. This role ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, serves as a subject matter expert, and supports staff performance management.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff.
- Promote a focus on quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Support staff performance management and coaching efforts, as needed.
- Facilitate regular team discussions that reinforce key needs/expectations/initiatives, promote an awareness of program and staff performance, and provide a forum for Q&A.
- Participate in interviewing, onboarding, and orientation of new staff, as needed.
- Partner with leaders to manage the placement and assignments of staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong administrative/technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
- Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily.
