About the Role:
As a Senior Manager Clinical Program Transplant/High Cost Case, you will be responsible for overseeing departmental activities to ensure effective management and consistency in clinical operations. This role emphasizes leadership and collaboration with clinical teams to meet transplant service goals while maintaining program compliance and quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services
• Work in partnership with Clinical and Pod Operations to ensure consistency and provide oversight of Transplant and High Cost Case department activities within Quantum Health's clinical model
• Meet the transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals for this service
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
• Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience preferred
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong administrative/technical skills
• Comfort working on a PC using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IM/video conferencing (Teams & Zoom), and telephones efficiently
• Trustworthy and accountable behavior, capable of viewing and maintaining confidential information daily
