Key Responsibilities:
- Function as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all transplant and high cost case services
- Work in conjunction with clinical leadership to meet transplant and high cost case clinical initiatives, outcomes, and performance goals
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements
- Assist with day-to-day problem-solving, Q&A, and protocol guidance for staff
- Promote a focus on quality, consistency, and effectiveness
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical program management or supervisory experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
