About the Role:

Quantum Integrators is seeking an experienced HR/Office Assistant to join our US New Jersey office in West Windsor. This key role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle various HR tasks such as filing, printing, immigration, and vendor management.
  • Manage front desk duties including answering calls, greeting visitors, and running errands outside the office.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency of our office.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in HR and admin work.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Able to work in the office 5 days a week.
