Job Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to address business challenges.
- Analyze large and complex datasets to extract meaningful insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Design and build scalable data pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI models into production systems.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, deep learning, and machine learning methodologies to continuously improve our models and approaches.
- Perform data wrangling, feature engineering, and model validation to ensure accuracy and robustness.
- Document methodologies, experiments, and findings to maintain transparency and reproducibility.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and MLOps practices.
- Knowledge of big data technologies such as Spark, Hadoop, or distributed computing frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments.
- Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative AI, or advanced AI techniques.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
