Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Corporate Office Administrator. This crucial role supports our business operations by handling administrative tasks with professionalism and exceptional customer service. As the first point of contact for our corporate office, you will answer calls, respond to inquiries, and provide courteous and direct interactions with residents, vendors, and business prospects.
This position will serve as a central hub for communication within the company, ensuring information flows efficiently and effectively to all stakeholders, while also maintaining a well-functioning corporate office. You will provide administrative support to all departments and will serve as a liaison for the onsite staff. Your strong professionalism and troubleshooting skills will be invaluable in addressing various challenges that may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Always provide a high level of customer service while acting as first point of contact for the company.
- Promptly respond, document, and escalate all resident, employee, or vendor issues to appropriate person(s) for resolution.
- Assist in achieving effective communication across the organization through smooth coordination and dissemination of information (ex: managing email correspondence, drafting memos/announcements, coordinating meetings, etc).
- Maintain a well-functioning corporate office environment (ex: stocking supplies, kitchen items, ordering lunch, scheduling vendors, etc.)
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Highly detail-oriented and organized in work.
- Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, and external agencies.
- Experience in the property management industry preferred.
