Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Floating Make Ready Technician to join our San Antonio team. This role will play a vital part in ensuring our apartment units are move-in ready by completing repairs, cleaning, and touch-ups across multiple properties in the area. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform make-ready tasks such as patching drywall, painting, replacing fixtures, and repairing appliances.
- Inspect vacant units and address maintenance needs to ensure they meet company standards before new residents move in.
- Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
- Assist with property-wide maintenance tasks as requested, including groundskeeping and common area upkeep.
- Travel between properties within the San Antonio area to provide coverage and support where needed.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company safety protocols and standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of general maintenance or property management experience.
- Proficiency in painting, carpentry, drywall, basic electrical, and plumbing repairs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to travel between multiple properties across the San Antonio area.
- Available for evenings and weekends as needed.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
