Your Experience and Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in SaaS and confidence discussing software, technical issues, and platform functionality to support new customers
- Understanding of a startup environment and the agility it requires
- Account management experience with the ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive account growth
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Availability to work fully remotely while supporting clients across North America
- A natural curiosity, a knack for problem-solving, and strong aptitude for technology account management, customer service, or a related field, preferably in a B2B environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through active listening and responsiveness
- Collaborate with customers to align on their business objectives
- Identify and propose thoughtful solutions to meet customer needs
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams
- Provide top-tier customer support and manage complex conversations with professionalism
- Analyze customer data to generate insights and support business decisions
- Identify and act on opportunities to drive revenue and expand existing accounts
- Organize and manage a growing account base with a structured approach
- Handle multiple tasks and clients simultaneously with strong time management
- Meet quality metrics and deliver a positive customer experience aligned with company goals
Skills in Client Relationship Management:
- Proven ability to manage key and enterprise accounts with a professional approach
- Strong communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize client needs, and ensure timely delivery
