What are the responsibilities and job description for the Quality Inspector (Nights) position at Quantum Plastics?
Quantum Plastics produces various products through injection molded operations.
- Inspect plastic manufactured parts
- verify product conformity
- audit products and processes
- promote use of inspection tools for opertors
- interpret engineering drawings
- identify and report improvement opportunities
- identify, segregate and move defective product to appropriate quarantine area
- prevent defective product from being shipped
- notify of product issues to supervisors/ manager
- ensure acceptable sorting/rework operation and proper release for shipment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 46 per week
