Job Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of duties associated with data collection, reporting and analysis and a wide variety of tasks (travel, training, taskers, correspondence, etc.) to assist the supervisor and other members of the organization.
- Ability to independently prepare products (i.e. correspondence) with minimal guidance from others.
- Extensive use of a personal computer and a variety of software is required (word processing, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Provides assistance to coworkers and supervisors in a variety of specialty areas such as, travel, training, labor reporting, personnel and performance management.
- Assists the supervisors and other members of the organization with specialized studies, preparation of products required for briefings, seminars, or customer visits.
- Other duties as assigned.
- B.A. or A.A. (or equivalent degree) and 2 years of relevant work experience, or H.S. Diploma and 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint is required.
- Must be extremely dynamic, demonstrate initiative, and multi-task in a very fast-paced environment.
- Extensive organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficient communication skills are required.
- Must be able to interpret the intent of available guidelines and use considerable judgment in applying them to individual situations.
- Must be able to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity. Excellent verbal /written communication skills and must have positive interpersonal skills (professional- people friendly) with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain DoD clearance. Applicants selected may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Secret clearance is required, Top Secret desired.
