We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated chemist to join our dynamic reagent development team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing, optimizing, and implementing oligonucleotide-based bioconjugation processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in nucleic acid chemistry, bioconjugation chemistry, and analytical methods. As part of our team, your core responsibilities will be :

Bioconjugation Process Development :

• Plan and execute solid-phase oligonucleotide synthesis.
• Design, optimize, and validate bioconjugation processes for the conjugation of oligonucleotides to fluorescent dyes, peptides, and proteins.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to integrate chemical processes into overall project timelines.
• Methodology and Technology Development :
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in bioconjugation methodologies and technologies.
• Develop and implement new methodologies and technologies to enhance bioconjugation efficiency, scalability, and reproducibility.

The estimated base salary range for this role based in the United States of America is : $75,000 - $120,000. Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including, but not limited to, level of the position, an individual's skills, knowledge and abilities, location where the role is to be performed, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, all full-time employees are eligible for our discretionary bonus program and equity as part of the compensation package.
