What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Quantum Solutions?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead CI/CD Transition: Work closely with acquired companies to assess, plan, and execute the transition into AXP’s CI/CD cloud infrastructure and processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (engineering, development teams, leadership) to ensure alignment and communication throughout the transition process.
- Training & Education: Provide training, mentorship, and ongoing guidance to acquired company teams on CI/CD principles, AXP infrastructure, and best practices.
- Process Implementation: Ensure that all processes and tools related to CI/CD are understood and adopted by the acquired companies.
- Project Management: Manage timelines, resources, and budgets for the transition project, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of the integration, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
- Scrum & Agile Practices: Lead the execution of agile methodologies (including Scrum) to ensure smooth project management and timely delivery of transition tasks.
- Jira Management: Utilize Jira to track progress, manage backlogs, and report on project milestones.
Required Qualifications:
- CI/CD Expertise: Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes and cloud infrastructure, including relevant tools and technologies.
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Agile & Scrum Proficiency: Strong experience working within Scrum teams and agile methodologies.
- Jira Experience: Hands-on experience with Jira for managing tasks, sprints, and project tracking.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and address challenges proactively.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork across diverse groups.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Experience with DevOps tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab, Kubernetes).
- PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications.

Pay: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour
